These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of GreatFrontEnd (the "Website"), a product of Codeney Pte Ltd (the "Company"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.
We may change or update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of changes to the Terms of Service). We encourage you to review the Terms regularly to stay informed about our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information.
GreatFrontEnd Premium memberships will continue until terminated, with the exception of lifetime plans. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).
The membership fee for GreatFrontEnd Premium and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the Stripe Customer Portal. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service.
To continue using GreatFrontEnd Premium, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page's "Billing" tab and manage your subscription in the Stripe customer portal. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
You can cancel your GreatFrontEnd Premium membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Website through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused GreatFrontEnd Premium content. To cancel, go to the "Account" page's "Billing" tab and cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel your Premium membership, you will lose access to Premium content at end of your current billing period.
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
To access the Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us at contact@greatfrontend.com.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by GreatFrontEnd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may use the Website and the content and information on the Website only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Website or any of its content or information for any commercial purpose or for any other unauthorized purpose.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or allow machine learning models (e.g. GPT3) to learn any of the material on the Website, except as follows:
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of the Terms of Service, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources or links displayed on such sites. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
The Website may contain content that is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms. If you are under the age of 13, you may not access or use the Website.
We do not engage in prohibited transactions with individuals or entities located in specific countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria) or regions (Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia) or on restricted person or party lists. Use of the Website must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website and/or your account, without notice and at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated our terms, policies or applicable laws.

GreatFrontEnd does not warrant that the Website will operate error-free or that the Website or its server are free of viruses or other harmful components. If your use of the Website or the material on the Website results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, GreatFrontEnd is not responsible for those costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will GreatFrontEnd or its affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreatFrontEnd and its affiliates, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website.
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between GreatFrontEnd and you regarding the Website, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between GreatFrontEnd and you regarding the Website.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you.
No waiver by GreatFrontEnd of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of GreatFrontEnd to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
